I also remember when a 650 was big. Just saw an ad on craigslist for a 750cc cruiser listed as "a perfect small bike for a beginner." Ah, not in my world.
Thanks for the info and impressions. Sounds like what I'm looking for as a reasonable back road runner/small tourer.
Not likely to get bike until June, but have already purchased a replacement turn signal from E-bay and bid on a headlight mount. The sickness begins.
