Yep... my current favorites are a pair of Pearl Izumi brand bicycle shorts that I have a couple pairs of. If you've never worn them before, it takes a bit to get used to the big ol pad in them (way bigger than what they put in the motorcycle specific stuff), but they sure so work for me... YMMV.
