Thanks. I've noticed too, just trying to build up my abilities a bit more (I've been at this sporadically for a couple of months, but only been on the bike half a dozen times).
The brick thing is an old built in bbq grill. Its maybe 2' wide at the top so I'd need to stack pallets on the backside or be able to hold pressure all the way up and off so as not to endo after I get up the step. Those red pallets are about 6" bigger than the one I used for the step - I'll swap out soon to gradually work up to something a bit taller
