Well, I was going off the NADA low value for mine that I got online. $7K was at the low end. It has low hours, is it great mechanical shape, might could use a tune up since it has been sitting up a while in the garage, and has a few cosmetic bumps and dings from docks, tying up to other boats, etc....
Once the seats are finished, I will re-evaluate. Unless someone is interested in it "AS IS" and I will cut the price. NADA says $7100 - $8500 with all of the tops, covers, accessories, etc. and then throw in the water toys, and such, and I think it is a good deal.
I love this boat, but I don't use it enough to justify paying insurance on it and it taking up the garage.
