they should be the same, the only difference between the 7 and 750 is the stroke from what I can gather. However i wouldn't bet the farm on it... A small seal or something will no doubt differ
I haven't been able to get the correct pads for the rear brake, none even supplied by Honda are big enough to cover the braking surface area as it should. Which is annoying.
