I'm a road rider looking for winter boots. (I wear the Dainese Torque Out boots in the warmer months, and i really like the protective features of that boot. Plus they're fairly light, easy on-off, not ricky racer and fairly easy to walk in).
I've been looking at a whole range of different boots, and most of the road boots are pretty lame in the protection department, unless they're full on sport rider boots. Would you suggest these G-Midlands or one of the other boots you currently stock for a good protective winter boot. Some of the criteria that matter to me - waterproof, very good protective features while still being reasonably comfortable to walk in, prefer to not have to relocate the shifter, reasonable weight.
