Oy, while waiting for my ginormus socket to arrive to undo the rear axle nut, it's a 1 7/16", I took apart the seizing front Warn hubs. The left size did rotate with alot of coaxing. I had to get a large straight blade impact bit to remove the last screw holding the knob and got it apart today. Seems rubber o-ring bits were jamming the dial. Ok, set that one aside until I can get replacements.
The right side I never could turn and looked like Channel Locks were used to try to turn it. So I took it apart and found out somebody really messed up.
I didn't even bother to clean it, it just wasn't worth the effort. Anybody see the problem?
