Good advice by Ladder. How old is your battery. It may be tired and old.
Once it's up and running you need to test the output of your alternator. If your not savvy with a multimeter....which you will need... then watch the following tutorial. Yes it's for a car however the voltages prescribed are almost identical to our AT's. If you do exactly whats in the vid then you have sucessfully troubleshot your output voltage. Stators rarely fail so i'm betting on your battery or R/R.
