Okay, so now I want to build something that will be towable by a 4-cylinder Honda, carry a racebike, and have a place for my and my girl to sleep off the ground. I'm thinking adding some 2' high walls to the current trailer, and fitting a canvas top that snaps onto the walls with a couple arched tent poles to bow it up. Rig weighs about 900# currently, with bike, tools, and race gear onboard. I can reasonably go as high as 1400-1500# before it gets problematic.
This should be interesting.
