Hey gang, my body is back in order for running. :) I finished my first 50K on Saturday March 3rd. It was a really good time. The people where great. It seemed to me that most the people I met run 100 mile races and they where using this early season race as a prep run. :) I was running with a guy for a bit with several jackets on, he told me he was heat training for the Keys 100 mile run.
Good FOOD too.. well stocked aid stations. My legs are pretty sore, but I am obsessing over my next 50K or beyond!
