I'm from Melbourne and we have a very substanial Vietnamese population in our wonderful multi cultured city, and like all other mirgrants they have bought with them their own cuisine
One of the major centers for Vietnamese food is Victoria St, Richmond, with wall to wall restaurants for hundreds of meters.
In fact Melbourne is regarded as one of the best, if not the best eating centers in the world, the lastest wave of migrants are from Africa, and their restaurants are begining to pop up.
Then we have our local wines, which are acknowledged as some of the best in the world, and our beers aren't too shaby either
