The VStrom 650 is a HUGE bike for someone not that comfortable with riding! Especially if she thinks the ttr225 is too tall!
Maybe a ninja 250 is a good place to start. You can usually buy one uses and sell it a year later for the same price.
This is her VStrom 650 next to my KTM 950. The VStrom is lowered in the front about 1.25". This is her 5th bike. Not a small machine by any means.
