I found a new unused VEB-plate into which I can put the number. The "1" is the last number of the year it was built and since the "EnergieKombinat" ( the big sticker on the front ) was split up in 1979

CLICK ) it is at least 40 years old ( 1971 ) but maybe I can track the year it was built by the chassisnumber.
Incredible that it's not rotted through, all the nuts and bolts came loose without a problem
