Yes, it is an Altrider rear rack
When I bought the SW-Motech I also bought the mounting plate for the TraX but ended up not using it.
Why have a plate mounted on a plate
I really like the Altrider and this is what I did to it
Had to install these spacers because the TraX bags have feet, you can see it on this next photo. The spacers I installed raise it just enough that the feet from the bags sit on the altrider rack with just enough pressure that the whole bag does not move. At the same time, the metal sheet under the Trax that slide into the four spacers does not touch the rack so it won't scratch it.
I've done 6000 miles without any problems.
