When we left my parents we went down Powder Mill Road. This is home of Olin Corporation Winchester division. It is an ammunition factory and is huge!! If you like guns stop at the range.... I took the boys past here because we all have guns and enjoy shooting. Next up was to work our way through Beirut, or to some of you East St. Louis. Yes I know crazy! But it was the easiest way to the Levee and to Lewis and Clarks encampment which we wanted to see. Plus I have to say, it was interesting to pass through and see the ruins. Either way it was completely uneventful and was no issue. We only passed through the edge of it. Lewis and Clarks encampment was pretty cool.
