Yes, if you select [Setup | Altimeter | Calibrate Altimeter] you can manually calibrate altimeter by answering a series of questions.
The Montana will ask:
Do You Know The Correct Elevation?
Do Yo Know The Correct Pressure?
Do You Want To Use The Current GPS Altitude?
