I know that I can go through Gawler on a B road but I want to get out of town as quickly as I can. I will be leaving from Henley Beach. Any tips on good places (camping/caravan parks) to stay in Port Augusta?
Wirrulla has a cheap camping ground with shower (see local shop which also has good egg and bacon sangas) and a good pub meal close by.
. Should make it that far in a day.
