Tell me about it Con, I'm currently ripping out & replacing the kitchen ceiling & cornices, putting in a complete new flatpack kitchen & new appliances, new skirting boards, re plumbing & re wiring everything, polishing the floorboards, ripping out the old a/cond & bricking up the hole in the wall, hard plastering & then painting the ceiling & walls, I'm so over it, would rather be out on my KTM somewhere..
