Texas has some very low guardrails in various places, even some of their temporary concrete construction barriers are lower than I've ever seen anywhere else. And the roads, watch out for low shoulders, or even no shoulders!

Texas is a "personal responsibility" state. If you crash, it's your fault! Not the barrier, not the roadway, not the weather, Your Fault!
