Leisurely pace for 29 miles.
Just a modified version of my regular route, which consists on mostly flat riding with a few modest climbs giving a rather insignifican 400 feet of elevation gain over the first half of the route.
If it's saddle pain that bugs you when it comes to going longer, I just wrote a piece on my blog about that today...
Now if it's the legs and/or lungs, you just gotta keep working at it.
