smug mug
I am a member of smug mug and I was severely disappointed with the lack of customer service. It is infuriating to not have a phone number and to have to pull teeth to get paid. Yet for some reason it's easy to be charged by smug mug.
I have been waiting all day for their accounting department to call me. How can you charge me $20 a month and not actually provide customer service?
