So this last week I've noticed an increase in engine noise from my '11 ER; specifically from the top-end. I thought it time to have a look at the valve train. Knowing a tight valve train wouldn't really be noisier I figured something was up. It looks like I have a rocker needle bearing about to grind to a halt. Should I change these myself or have the dealer perform the swap under warranty?

Warranty it, never hurts to ask. Just hang out in the shop when they install it, you know provide some oversight in case they start thinking you need a top end rebuild after 50hrs
