There are no such things as "DUI cycles" in AZ. Someone who has lost their license because of a DUI is not even allowed to ride a motorized pedal bicycle, which does not require a drivers license, registration, or insurance here. But ANY type of motor vehicle is off limits to someone with a DUI and no license.
