They run it kind of like RWV but not much of a gap between the bikes and cars. The typical way they try to do it is the course opening cars run through (the 000, then the 00 then the 0 car) to make sure things are clear then they run the bikes, then they run the "combo car". It is called the combo car because it is conbination "fast sweep" and 0 car to once again make sure the course is clear. Then they run the cars.
If things go smoothly this works well. If some yahoo on a bike hits a tree and they need to fetch him with an ambulance not so much
