Ours has the 3rd row seat....it really only good for kids, but does get used once in a while.
Ours is NOT a hybrid....I have not done an actual mileage check, but on long highway trips the mileage is very good (especially, compared to my GMC 2500HD crewcab which gets 11-12 mpg
).
