Well, after a stupid-long wait for a head gasket, the heads are back on the Loser...



While reassebling it I noticed the tower that supports the RPM gauge drive was cracked (what did you people do to this bike?)



I could weld this side of the crack, but it would be near impossible to weld the inside so it would probably end up breaking again. The RMP needle on the Loser is broken anyway so it's not much use trying to fix this. I used Shadow 500 donor engine parts (the Shadow did not have an RPM drive) to fix the issue. I've got a plan to replace the RPM gauge...
