Meh, depends on how fast he's actually going, and what kind of sole his boots have. I've planted a foot a time or two on pavement, but not with grippy boots...
Something like this, more 'foot down' than 'leg out'...
Only done it in the rain or when there's something in the road that might give me trouble...
