These are all caused by excessive speed. Too fast for the rider, the road, the bike, or conditions. It only takes one of those to get you.
Slowing down is a terrific way to stay alive and uninjured.

But lowering speed limits won't slow down the ones that speed anyway, but it may slow down the rolling roadblocks, so they'll just run up on them quicker...
