I'm actually certified in High Performance EFI Tuning. Bet you didn't even know there was that kind of thing. Powertripp mentioned someone in the San Jose area I think. I'll see if I can dig that up. You need an Eddy Current type dyno if you want to play with ignition timing. If your not looking for a full Monty every extra 1/4 hp type of tune than a regular dyno will work. In fact, you don't even need a dyno to smooth out the throttle. Just a wide-band.
