About 550 or 600 miles for me is my longest day.
For one reason or another I've never had a need/desire to go farther. I'm sure I can go farther if I need to be somewhere fast, just haven't needed to yet. I might plan a longer mileage 3 day weekend next summer and stick to highway just for the heck of it, never really gave much thought to that before.
