His comment as I was breaking camp and loading the Overlander30 "Wow! Those bags look so easy to pack up!" And he was right.
And now after another trip with the Overlander30 bags I am down to one and only one nit-picky complaint. The female fastex buckle that goes over the roll top needs to be on a shorter piece of webbing. Not that it doesn't work the way it is... I just think it would work slightly better with a shorter strap when the bags are not full.
This past weekends trip included a lot of fast, poorly maintained fire road, dual track and single track. The bags were rock solid. They did not require any messing with at all. Awesome.
Thanks - as always for the detailed feedback, Aaron. I'll definitely pass your nit back to Dom (who designed the Overlander) to see if there's any reason why that webbing loop shouldn't be shorter.
