This is wrong on a few levels.
At 1000 miles I'd expect any bike (including my Ural) to not have these issues.
Another is the look of the rims and spokes at 1000 miles. I've had 40,000 mile bikes with better looking chrome.
Why on earth would the brakes even get touched at the dealer?
