We were up your way in August. Went right through Shediac. We rode from Saint-Quentin through the interior to Blackville then out to the coast. Spent the night I think in Grand-Digue.
Stayed at this nice Inn right on the water.

Grand_Digue is 10 minutes from my place in Shediac and although I have never seen the water side of that Inn, I think it's one in Bouctouche, NB
