Nerve Pain and Vitamin B
Last time we were at Doc, he recommended the following for nerve pain:
- Vitamin B6 (Thiamine) 300mg/2X per day for 6 weeks, then maintenance dose of 150mg/2X per day
- Vitamin B1 200mg/day for 12 weeks, then maintenace dose of 100mg/day.
It's been about 2 weeks, but is appears th shooting pains are a bit reduced.
