I don't know much about Whizzers. I know at least some came on Schwinn bicycles.
I know Schwinn was the last owner of Excelsior motorcycles before pulling the plug in 1931.
The frame on this Whizzer has a Excelsior badge on the steering head.
Somenone would die to have that whizzer. That is in amazing shape . Any engine parts you need to make it run again are found easterly on the web. Also the bike might even be worth 500 to 3 grand depending . http://www.nostalgic.net/bicycle354
