starting Thursday ill be back to a normal training routine. I opted to take a month of cutbacks. Ive been getting out 1 time a week and letting my body heal for the new year. Been Spinning and doing Yoga. :) I hope youre blood clots heal. Just think how rested and youre body will be after 3 months. It could be a good thing. :)

I'm on the bench for 3 months thanks to blood clots. Will be starting from scratch again in January
