Alright, I need your opinions. I'm looking at getting another modular helmet to replace my old Veemar Jiano which is starting to fall to pieces. Here are the two that I'm primarily looking at:

1) Shoei Neotec, and 2) Nolan N104.

Anyone have any experience with either of these helmets? I'm also open to suggestions of other models to look at. My big criterias are: 1) NOISE, 2) water proof, 3) weight, 4) fogging, 5) ability to use a pin-lock visor (if fogging is an issue), etc...
