See how the rider is actually leaning upright? He seems to have shifted his ass towards the inside, then is countering that lean by moving upright. That's a cool way to drag hard parts by forcing the bike over, but the bike and rider could handle the turn more quickly if he drove his left elbow down (and his riding position would follow). Then he would have less bike lean with more weight inside and able to carry more speed with less lean and less chance of levering the rear tire off the pavement.

You're not wrong. He's sitting upright with his head on centerline while the bike is out of lean angle.
