Looking at your URL I guess you are from South Africa? Where are you located? Perhaps the SA Africa Twin club can be of your assistance retrieving an engine. There are some lots for sale on EU Ebay sites too.

Are you sure it is a NTV engine? A few years ago I met a guy from Belgium with a NTV swingarm and wheel in a XLV at the Swiss XLV meeting .
But he had the stock XLV750 engine. Maybe we are talking about the same guy?
If it's possible to put a NTV650 engine in the XLV750 frame I would like to hear more about it!
