to the OP, Not sure I'd paint all GS riders with your broad brush, but that's just me. And seriously, is your ego so brittle that hearing "no" sets you off. If so, don't travel in developing countries....
But seriously, I'd let you park next to me even if I'd just washed all the road grime off my GSA.
