I had a buddy who was about your size who bought an 2006 919 brand new... a few years later he got a Wee Strom for the increased leg room.
You could always make the seat "taller" and get pegs that hang down a bit (they are 40.00 on ebay). Most of the time on the HW I have my feet on the passenger pegs so my legs are all out of whack...lol.
