A friend of mine spends one, sometimes two months a year, January & February, in San Pedro. He plays a Paraguayan Harp.

He plays in a few restaurants down there for his food and a little pocket change. He has met some really cool musicians from all over the world in San Pedro!
I believe he told me two years ago, after everything was said and done, his total expenses were basically the round trip plane ticket. I've got to get down there to see the place, expats excluded, hopefully on a bike!
