Seat Concepts vs Stock:
I got the 1" taller than stock. I lasted 7 years with the stock seat. I do stand a lot when riding. It was an upcoming 1500 mile pavement trip that got me to upgrade. I won't go back' I also think the black makes the bike look better than the old yellow/purple scheme. Almost don't notice the purple frame any more.
I would recommend the Seat Concept to anyone thinking about upgrading. $160 if you do it yourself and $20 more plus shipping of your stock pan, if you want them to staple it on. If you tell them you are on ADVRider, They used to ship it back free.
on one side the sign it said "Private Road", but on the other side it didn't say nothin'
