Left Tuxpan early in the morning.

Gulf of Mexico side is lot more humid than Pacific side. When I left the fog was very dense, but when sun came out it all went away rather quickly.

There is another face of Mexico, other than pretty colonial side. Today for the first time on this trip, I visited Mayan ruin.

This is El Tajin.

I arrived at Veracruz. I still havent figure this city out yet. There aren't much Americans or Canadians here, but seems natives are visiting this city from all over Mexico.

I walked around the town and most of business are catering to local tourists.

There are music in the air and sounds different than most music I encounter in Mexico so far. I have to say more Cuban than anything else. I could be wrong but their spanish sound very close to Cuban too.
