Steve at OSET returned my email with an opolgy for the delay stating he was has email / computer issues.
OSET is not quite as big as Yamaha & Honda.....Yet
If you need prompt assistance you should probably use the old fashioned phone method.
Their US website is fairly new and may have some bugs.
