Was wondering this myself although I first saw this rack on eBay. It appears thinner and lacking the tie-down rails under the sides that the man racks have. Also looks like it's set back from the seat more. These racks look good to me. I think I might try it.

I like that it's skinnier and leaves more room for the passenger.
