I loves me some of that Pozole. It is the tripe. If it is not washed at least 50 times in Clorox, it doesn't work for me.
My neighbor would bring me menudo every once and a while and I would accept it to be friendly and not eat it , I would send it home with the house keeper. She finally ratted me out and we had a good laugh.
