He's defenseless because of a series of decisions by the offense, to wit: He decided to be an NFL receiver, they called that play, the pass was late. He's also not defenseless in that he's all padded up. If you don't want to be tackled, play volleyball.
Seemed like a good hit to me , I think the refs are too quick to throw the flag
on any big hit that might seems too aggressive .
