I finally got around to watching the videos on game mechanics.
Takes some of the mystery out of "when I'm visible".
FWIW - when you fire your gun, all bushes in a 15 meter circle are removed from your camo value.
If you are 15 meters behind the bush.. it stays in place.
I did not know that
