That tank looks like it's larger than normal. I get the idea it hangs down farther than usual.
Looks like you're going to need new fork tubes and headers right off. The brakes are probably frozen as well. Otherwise, it doesn't look too bad. Hope the tank isn't rusty or rusted through!
